Change and Best Buds

I have been bad about updating my blog and after a little soul searching, I think I have figured out why. Yes, I have been busy but I think that my 365 has changed the way that I am shooting the things I love. Instead of shooting to capture moments and tell stories, I was shooting to get one good picture to represent the day. I think I am going to take a break from my 365 so that I can tell more stories with my photos like I felt like I was doing before. I actually don't care if I get a photo everyday, but I do want to be able to document memories and really special times that we all share.

Yesterday, we went over to the MDC house. The kids had a great time playing and were filthy. We decided to give them a bath and while they were in the bath, Tera and I were laughing so hard we were crying, I decided to get out my camera and just document the moment. I will try not to focus on getting the best shot, but capturing our story and real emotions.

These little kiddos inspired me and I am so happy that I got out my camera. They had so much fun and these photos bring back all the happy memories of the night. Anabelle likes to lay down in the water and Desmond thought that it was fun to try it. He would get water on his face, jump up, and laugh hysterically. It was so adorable and we have photos to remember the joy, happiness, and fun that we all shared!
