Starting today I am going to try to make some changes in my life. I am writing notes all over the place so that I do not get distracted and "forget" about my goals. Here they are:
  • I am going to work out at least 3 times a week
  • For now, I am only going to drink water. After I do that for a few months, I will allow myself to drink juice
  • I need to eat more. I have lost some weight and I know that if I work out more, I will lose weight and so I need to eat more to keep weight on.
I do not want to overload myself with too many things so, I am going to try these for now and see how they work. If anyone that reads this hangs out with me.... Please help me! Don't let me drink anything sugary. And encourage me to work out! :)

I just started a food log at and it is really interesting to see how much calories, fat, protein, etc., I am getting. It might be a good way for you to track your intake, especially with the recent switch to veg. It also adjusts for how much working out you are doing. I am enjoying it - you might too! (and you might see you are eating too little/much of things in your diet).
