- I am going to work out at least 3 times a week
- For now, I am only going to drink water. After I do that for a few months, I will allow myself to drink juice
- I need to eat more. I have lost some weight and I know that if I work out more, I will lose weight and so I need to eat more to keep weight on.

Motivation
Starting today I am going to try to make some changes in my life. I am writing notes all over the place so that I do not get distracted and "forget" about my goals. Here they are:

I just started a food log at dailyplate.com and it is really interesting to see how much calories, fat, protein, etc., I am getting. It might be a good way for you to track your intake, especially with the recent switch to veg. It also adjusts for how much working out you are doing. I am enjoying it - you might too! (and you might see you are eating too little/much of things in your diet).
Good Idea. I am going there now to check it out. I will let you know how it goes.
