You learn something new everyday.....

Today I learned what a chipotle is. I always thought that it was a kind of pepper, but actually, it is a smoked jalapeno. I also learned that on a tree when limes are ripe they turn yellow, but to make it easier for consumers to know the difference between limes and lemons they are picked green.
