Today, I was told that I need to update my blog. This past week I have not been feeling well and have just been hanging out in my bed and on Greg's couch. On Wednesday I made matzo ball soup and boy was it yummy. I made it at Greg's and after I left the next morning, I realized that I should have taken some home with me. Sure enough when I came back on Friday, it was all gone!! :( I guess that is just a sign that I made some mean soup.

On Saturday, I was looking forward to cooking and I made some cabbage, potato and bean soup and some strawberry bread... (I found this recipe on Laurens Blog) It was nice. Greg and I just hung out, went rollerblading with the dogs, watched some movies, got our pumpkins for Halloween and had a nice relaxing weekend, aside from me not feeling good that is. We also went to a magic show on Friday with Greg's parents. It was more like a comedy show mixed with magic, but it was pretty entertaining.

The office is really slow and I have been watching "My so-called life" on the internet. I really like it. At the "recap" of the episode there was a great quote. "There are so many different ways to be connected to people. There are the people that you feel this unspoken connection to, even though there is not even a word for it. There's the people that you have known forever, who know you in this way that other people can't because they have seen you change, they have let you change." I thought this was a great quote, and yes I know that it is cheesy because it is from a tv show. ;) It just makes me think about being close to my family and my relationship with Greg. Lately, I have been thinking about how Greg and I have known each other so long and what we have been through together. It is truly an amazing feeling. I feel like he knows who I really am. He has seen the good and the bad. It is just really special when someone chooses to live their life with you!

That is all for now! Heather... if you are reading this.... I just want you to know that you are in big trouble!!!
